My name is Jessica. I am a true native to Florida. I’ve been in Real Estate now for 18 years. Having worked in various pockets of the industry, my favorite is helping home owners. As a child I watched my mom go through foreclosure on our family home. How I wish she had had someone to guide her during that time! I am positive things would have turned out differently for her. Real Estate can be so creative and I know this creativity could have helped her so many years ago.
I bought my first home in 2006. At a peak in the real estate cycle. I had no idea what I was doing. Therefore I did so many things wrong. However I learned SO much. I love educating both buyers and sellers so they never have that confused feeling. I believe when you have the knowledge the process is simplified so you can make better sound decisions.
